Terrible service!!!

I've been trying since the 4th of September to get my membership cancelled. Sent numerous emails to various agents in an attempt to get things done. I've done everything on my part, except get on my hands and knees and blow someone, to get this termination done.
What would it take for people to start doing their jobs??
