Deny Authorisation/Payment for necessary operation

I've been a member of BestMed for more than 33 years (first as beneficiary and later as main member). I struggle for years with neck, back, shoulder pains and secondary headaches - which became unbearable the past year. I've been referred to several specialists (which I have mostly paid out of my own pocket) who was of opinion that the main reason for my problems over the years are my excessively large bust and I've been referred to surgeons in this regard. Several opinions has been obtained and motivations were send to BestMed. Now BestMed is not willing to pay or even make an party contribution towards this really necessary medical procedure. This is surely not a cosmetic procedure. Photos and reports were send to BestMed, but they are just of means that such procedure is not covered. Even, according to previous year's benefits - "breast reductions" were covered. Why does most other medical aids cover such procedures (even for cosmetic purpose), but this really urgent medical condition is not covered by BestMed? And that after I've been a member, paying my monthly contribution strictly for all these years. I am really disappointed and considering change of medical aid... :-(
