My son and I visited the radiologist department on Thursday 19 July 2013. We arrived there at 13h35. I have never experienced such a lack of non-existing service. It fails me to understand that it could take an hour and 15 minutes for x-rays. And at no point in time are one even advised what the holdup is. I finally arrived back at the doctors rooms (Dr Herman Roodt) only at 14h50 and this is after they had to phone to find out what was going on. It's clear that there is no planning in this department and it needs to be relooked. I also find it disrespectful not only to me and the other customers but also the various other doctors that are impacted by this disruptive and uncaring practice.
