I had an appointment to see a doctor regarding a possible broken toe at 04h30pm. The doctor sent me to the x-ray department in order to do some x-rays and told me that I am still on time seeing as they only close at 17h00. At 16h40 I was in the X-ray waiting room waiting for someone to assist me. After a while the physiotherapist came out to find out who I am waiting for. I explained to her that I am waiting for x-rays to be taken, but no one was here since I have arrived. She phoned around and came back apologising but said that the people must have already left. I went back down to the reception area to explain to them what happened. They made a couple of phone calls and told me that the people have already left, I can go to Montana Hospital emergency rooms or I can come back tomorrow. No doubt I will be charged for the consultation, but hey. Who cares. The attitude of these people were absolutely shocking. No effort to try and assist, just plainly go and pay for another consultation because our people is not trust worthy enough to stay on post until they are suppose to. Now I have to pay another consultation fee to find out what is wrong. How fair is that???
