Harrassment!!!

On 29 August 2013, I received a sms from Lancet informing me that my medical aid part paid their account and that I should contact them to make enquiries! I returned the sms stating that I have not received the account. On the 4th of September I received another SMS stating that my "account is STILL outstanding and will be handed over if not paid immediately." I phoned Lancet and informed them that I have not received an account and I will pay Lancet as soon as I receive the account. From then I received the same sms daily as well as phone calls demanding payment! On 18 September I received an account from Lancet (printing date: 5 Sept), which I paid the same day. Guess what??? Today I have received another SMS stating "Despite previous reminders your Lanacet account xxxxx is STILL outstanding. Settle immediately to avoid being handed over." I phone Lancet yet again and it was confirmed that the account balance is zero! Although I believed that that would be the end of Lancet - I received yet another SMS this afternoon!!! This continuous harassment and pestering from Lancet is enough to make anybodies blood curdle!!!
