Invoice differs from the statement

ON the 20 June 2013 I was involved in a accident and taken to Garden City Clinic for and examination and X-rays. At the X-ray department (Drs De Villiers and Partners) I was given a quotation for the X-rays that was to be taken and agreed to pay in cash as at that time (18.50 pm) I was unable to obtain authorization from the medical aid and agreed to pay cash for the X-rays which amounted to R2347.80. On the 16 July 20123 I went to De Villiers and Partners office at Garden City and requested a statement from them. The statement given to me on the 16 July 2013 revealed an amount of R1052.90 with the difference of R1294.90 which was an over charge on the 20 June 2013.I contacted Mr. Keith Wentzel on the 17 July 2013 the practice manager of De Villiers and Partners and explained the situation to him. He point blank refused to refund me the difference and informed me that the statement was a mistake and that he would reprint me a statement with an amount of 2347.80. The Practice number is 3802590 and the company registration number is 2012/037745/21.
