Keycare Plus

I pay my moms Keycare Plus. I am nominated to handle all her affairs and got more involved in the Keycare Plus set up.
The more involved I become, the more did I realise that the medical practitioners thats on their list is sorry to say the hard up doctors that cant make it any other way.
In her area of choice is only 2. After realising that the one she is going to is a chancer and opportunist, did I phone the 2nd to only only find out that he is GONE! Yes apparently they can step off when they want!

The one she was seeing offered to do orthopedic procedures in his surgery! That was when I lost it and decided that she will not go there again.

I find it surprising to want to speak to a senior person at Discovery when wanting to discuss matters of a more serious amd complicated nature. No one gives a name or wants to transfer you.
This afternoon I wanted to discuss the above situation and only after threating with making a complaint was I put through to a so called specialist! Line was bad and did she offered to phone me onmy cell. Im still waiting!

The KCare suppliers and procedure makes Disc look like a circus... sorry to say. Im a member on Coastal Saver, but is concerned!
