Useless claims handler and bad service overall

Here we go again.

Second time in a week I have to complain about Discoveries incompetence.

Called in a few weeks ago to enquire what I need to do in order to claim for a specific benefit. Was told I need to do nothing as everything fine on their side. Asked repeatedly if the person was sure and that I will not be given the run around when I do put in a claim. Was assured all fine.
Sent them a claim and lo and behold they making some stu pid excuse why they cannot pay the claim. The person dealing with the claim puts the initial reason as ICD Code does not exist. Been using the ICD code all year round.
The Executive Relationship Manager now tells me that I must ask the doctor to apply for this benefit, this after being assured I don't need to do anything to claim for this benefit.

I am sick and tired of their incompetence and would like just one year where it is not necessary for me to deal with stu pid people., Is that too much to ask.
Please resolve this matter soonest.
