Really???

Once again Discovery's keycare plus plan manages to successfully bleed more and more money out of their customers.

As a customer towards the medical aid schemes it seems we have NO RIGHTS and there is no one that is willing to protect us.
Around every corner there is a hidden cost.
If its not their keycare approved doctors trying to get more money from you, then its them with waiting periods, change of GP will only be done 1st december etc. etc.

Cancelling means still paying them an additional month (WITHOUT COVER), as we (the consumers) pay in a rears for the services but there is a 3 months payment period before you can see a doctor. Actually, they are 3 month in a rears regarding service. Where is the consumer board for this type of practice??

NEVER deal with the keycare option, NEVER
They will find ways to get more and more money from you as the consumer.

Medical board, here I come!!!
