Claims not paid on time for keycare

I went to my GP which was priscribed to me by discovery for keycare customers, after 1 year using that Dr i could get help cause he has stopped accepting keycare due to discovery late payment, i had to return home, now the proccess of choosing a Dr is so not ideal cause all dr on that list take keycare but do not precribe medication as per discovery keycare agreement
