Hi ; thx for ur help. Shantell came to my house to inform me about Keycare medical aid, but totally was not sure about her facts, the main problem is that she assur me that dr PA Pretoruis was one of the keycare doctors whom will be fully paid if i go and see him, she also said that all keycare patients needs to be refered by a dr if u want to see a specialist: so we went and see the doc for referals and then discovered i had to cough up for the visit as he dont want anything to do with keycare patients, strange, we then went to dr Steenekamp as Shantell Fouche told us and same story there, i had to cough up all the money myself, shantell said she will sort it out but after phone calls, numurous email, telephone calls, my wife going with appointment to her office as she asked for to get all clear and sorted, im still waiting for my "empty promises" and they owe me almost R1700.Even when going to 2nd dr we had to do all referalls Specialists over which she sended us for, now "Shantell said we went too many times to see the dr but they asked for the referal doctors and the time she came to my house assured me of unlimited GP visits and even her own sister go to dr Pretoruis will be paid for? Tx
