Shocking Treatment & Over Priced. Disrespectful

My business partner & I have been in business for 2 years together - we have decided to go out separate ways and I wanted to end our business relationship with a magical sendoff.

After asking on Facebook which Spa people suggest - I got over 12 different options I went with FairLawns because of the International Award you won.

I was very excited about the day I had booked with Fairlawns.

We asked for the following treatments to be booked - the person doing the booking also knew it was a special occasion.

2 x Classic Facials

2 x Full Body Massages

1 x Classic Pedi

1 x Gelish Mani & Pedi

And 2 Spray Tans.

This amounted to R5000 - very exorbitant price in which I could have received a full day spa treatment at other incredible SPA's - but because you guys came highly recommended and the calibre of award you won - I thought it was a given that I book with you - I was then sent an email saying please bring your costumes so that you can use all the facilities in-between treatments.

Upon arrival - the receptionist did not even stand up from her desk to greet us.

We then sat down for 5 minutes in the waiting room and then told
