IMPOSSIBLE TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE QUICKLY

To whom this may concern,

For the last three months Discovery Health has taken an amount equal to 4 payments each month from my account. The problem is not that they do not refund, the problem is that they do not fix the mistake in accounting. This means that I have to waist at least an hour on the phone with them together with sending e-mails. On several occasions, after holding the line for about 5 minutes, they simply end the call. Then the process has to be started afresh because they do not call you back even after they have opened your account details.

I have decided to end my membership with them and can only hope my bank account will not be debited next month.

The major problem with these incompetent people is that they never keep you updated or provide you with any sort of peace of mind. They simply do not care!!! The dumbest thing I have ever heard of is that you cannot directly contact or even ask to speak with the person dealing with your problem. Their service is pathetic and they have a no care attitude which is getting old.
