Poor service and hospitality including their food

I was admitted on the 28 August 2013, i asked for a gawn or pyjamas as i was not aware that i wud be admitted and there was NONE! ( ALL DIRTY) and i was in the female general ward, the night nurses did not even care to look after the patients, there was an old lady that could not walk and needed help when going to the toilet, they did not care to help, the patient next to the old lady had to constanlty help her to the toilet and sometimes she would pee on the floor and the urine will not get cleaned unless the patients ask the nurses to call the cleaners, AND WE COME TO THE FOOD, they dont have a proper FOOD MENU its just a 1 page BLACK 'N WHITE A4 copy (i am sure Tembisa Public hosptital's food taste better than what was served on their menus) their food is cold and not eatable, they ONLY serve pap or rice and their boiled supposed to be Grilled checken, or hard vors of ox - tongue whick all taste BAD BAD, we pay our medical aids and we WANT GOOD SERVICE PLEASE!
