Dear Discovery,

I have over the last several years been placed on ITC due to your incompetence of handling my medical aid account. Due to funds running on my account several medical services have placed me on ITC.

I cannot open accounts or anything with my life due to your incompetence. I will be changing my medical aid at the next opportunity I get to do so.

Discovery medical aid only care about taking my money and care nothing about managing my account so that I do not enter into ITC. Discovery health has all my details and all it will take is a simple sms to inform me of the funds been depleted in my account and that I will have to pay the balance. They simply do not and I have to get an SMS from ITC when it is too late. And I have to on good record that I am not the only customer. I pay all my accounts and keep such a good record, only for discovery health to mess it up.
