Bad Bad Service

What a bad service I received from so called receptionist in emergency room called Lucky, he demanded that I pay R2300 upfront and after I called medical aid who confirmed that they cover up to R4000 but he still insisted that I pay at least R1200 for deposit and he even said he will be getting some of that money into his pocket as his not aware how much will doctors charge and blood test etc. he has no communication skill at all.
Friday night, I was given a room next to smoking room to sleep in. comes Saturday night same thing happened I was even given extra blankets to use as one of the nurses refused for me to go to B&B as I asked her for directory due to I couldn't find anything near on Google. Security lady came after 22:00pm I Passed out and she apologized for not knocking, 15min after she came with security male to find out why am I sleeping in there 30ming later she came back with the lady who called herself a manager and asked me thousand questions, and even asked if I came with a car and I shouldn't be sleeping in there at all. What a pathetic service I received with weekend, if it was Castenhof Hospital in Midrand, none of this would had happened...
