I booked into Sibiya Lodge on the 6 and 7th September. I initially booked 1 night and later another, Zakele confirmed my 2 nights assured me that I remain in the same room. On arrival despite standing in line to be helped & being ignored while clients that came after me were helped first, I proceeded to check in, the lady told me that we only had 1 night and I asked her to check again, she then confirmed that I was booked in for 2 nights & did not have to move rooms. The next day I got a call from the staff asking me when I was going to check out my baggage. I was not sure whether to be embarrassed or angry, so I asked them to check with the reception as my 2 day stay was confirmed. They then told me everything was fine & my baggage could remain in the room. I arrived late that evening with a sick child that needed the bathroom so i dropped him off at the entrance with the access card before parking my vehicle only to find out that I was locked out of the room. I frantically searched for a bathroom in the hotel. The receptionist was again unhelpful and helped clients that came after me despite the emergency. I asked that the manager on duty contact me
