The Refuse me My Refund For their Stinky Lodge

We went to Gataway Lodge to book a room which the receptionist claimed it was nice. It was around 21:30. Soon as I went to the room I got the shock of my life as the room was stinking and the carpet stink too. Their blankets looked like correctional service blankets. I did not even sit down as I have allergy and sinuses I Immidietely went to the lady and explained my health issue that i unfortunately cannot sleep there as I will grt sick. Therefore I request my refund back. The rude receptionist refused to give me my R450 refund back! I then phoned SAPS Mahikeng and they sent Two police officers policewoman's name is Mrs Mahongwe and the policeman's surname is Mr Sekei to my astonishment they came to the Lodge and just stood there. I explained my situation and they said the matter is not theirs as Gataway is a company! Therefore there is no crime. Next thing i see them walking out accompanied by the receptionist and the security guard I took pictures of them together and thepolicewoman ran away from the camera. We live in an uncertain world where police officers fail to protect us instead they laugh and drink coffee with our Culprits. All i want is my money I had to sleep in a car!
