Very Bad Patient Care and No Sign of Concern

This February 2013 I was taken to Sandton Medi Clinic due to serious chest pains.
Upon arrival, I was given consultation fees upfront, and after the ER nurses had done their usual blood pressure etc, I waited for the doctor. He came in to ask what I was there for, left & I waited for over an hour with my fiance. We then asked an orderly if they could find out what we were waiting for. He came back a few minutes later to say that I must go to X ray. I was directed there, and walked slowly because I was still dizzy. On arrival, I was again given the cost upfront. X rays were done and then I walked myself to the front of the hospital very dizzy and with no assistance. The doctor did not see me at all. However during my 1 hour wait I heard him attending to 2 other white patients, who came in and were helped in the room next to mine, one after the other. I was forced to come back to the same hospital for proper consultation a few days later at a GP's office. I complained telephonically to an Ernest who asked me to send email but ignored it. Since then I've resent it several times, received lots of demands, a promise that the matter was under investigation, and still more demands to pay
