Sleeping on duty while patients looking for them

Hi people last night i was at steve biko academic hospital at around 2 o clock went for an emergency for my child when i got there i couldnt see anybody by the counter so i started looking for the people or doctors /nurses but when i got in i seen the lady on the counter was fast a sleep im knocking on the window she's still sleeping i had to go inside to go and wake her up.then when i got further in i seen that even the doctors were sleeping you know wat makes me worried how the are these people working in emergency sleeping.last night i got to seen how this people are working that suppose to be an emergency area.after that when i started speaking to the nurse she was full in her sleep so the doctor too they telling me that no you have to go to another hospital because its late we dont take anybody this time of the night my child was bleeding full in he's nose and by he's mouth this is how the people die because they just dont care about them. and they just didnt threated him and they told me to go. This hospitals emergency was so careles you cant believe i had to rush my child to another doctor as soon as possiable and he got threated there they had to take some blood
