MED24 Montana Hospital - Bad Service

I took my 6 year old daughter to MED24 at Nedcare Montana Hospital, Pretoria last night just before 20:00. She had a fever over 39, her breathing was very shallow, she was coughing & vomiting.
Being an Emergency room we understand we should be patient since there are lots of ill people who all require urgent medical attention. It is however unacceptable if it's confirmed that she has a very high fever & blood pressure, but she only received medical attention 2 hours later after a (very helpful) receptionist insists that my feverish daughter who is coughing uncontrollably get's moved to an examination room. There was no structure/system and it seemed as though the 3 doctors on duty (one a shareholder who did not take charge) was not duly informed as to whom should be seen when or where. The hospital's pharmacy closed @ 21:00 & we couldn't get meds after waiting so long. When paying exuberant costs for medical service, there should be professionals on duty who gets a system in place where ill/hurt people receive proper attention urgently-most patients was left waiting last night due to the confusion. I've supported MED24 in the past but will never again & not refer anybody again!
