Pathetic response/feedback from control room

On 8th Mar 2013 i received a call from the ADT Control room stating that there was a alrm activation at my premises. upon receiving this call at approx 4pm. i had asked for a car to be sent to my premises.
I had to make several calls to ADT control room to enquire if a car had been sent. after each call i received a different response. the first being that a response car in on route, the second being that due to the storm its delayed, the third being that because of the storm they have NOT sent out a car.(you can only imagine the frustration at this point!). when i asked to speak to a manager i was put on hold for 10 min then eventually spoke to a team helper. who said that CANNOT send out a car due to the storm and there is a backlog of calls. THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM!!! EMERGENCY
1hr15m later a response car arrives. after me yet again having to call to find out what is happening!
After asking to be informed of the finding before the Response vehicle could leave, guess what! I had to call in again to only find out that he had left without calling me! Ever since my alarm has been faulty where the timing has gone off set. Called in yesterday to report and i have to pay R452. BULL
