Paid for 1 night and more than half for the second night with R100 owing to cover the second night which I would pay when arriving after work. Arrived late due to things I had to resolve and was locked out and refused access to my things, clothing and camera and other items, everything was in the room, I had to find a place to sleep and had to wear the same clothing to work the next day, manager was very rude. The next morning I was asked to pay in full for the room that I never even got to sleep in before being given my items. Shocked at such bad service, no negotiation skills at all or understanding. I felt like I was being treated as a child. Having paid more than half for the room the day before, the least she could have done was to give me access to my items, instead I was charged full price for my bag sleeping in the room.
