I have over the last two months attempted to get a chronic prescription approved by Bankmed, over the last 3 weeks I have attempted to get the chronic prescription 4 times and have been declined!

Bankmed initially didn't agree to allow Nexium as a chronic drug, this was changed as per their request to a drug containing Omeprazole. I have seen the requests sent through to Bankmed from my Specialist's office. I have been back to Dischem to get the medication, it was declined, AGAIN.

I am disgusted by the service I have received from Bankmed in this regard and in the past over the call centre.
I the interim, this breakdown in service is taking up my time/money.

Lets also not forget that the medication that I need is also not yet available to me.

I am hoping that someone from your offices looks into this and that I can receive the medication I require.
