Chronic Medication

Good day,

I am a member of Bankmed Medical Aid and over the last couple of months my chronic medication have been delivered to my doctor every month on the 18th. I would like to know when can one expect delivery of the medication as i have run out for the month of November going into December. Seriously this is unacceptable for that every time i have to escalate such matters.

Please can this be resolved because i am sick and tired of the level of service that i get from Bankmed.
