Dont contract main stream hospitals anymore

My daughter needed grommets as per a diagnosis done by my ENT. I have used the same ENT and my local Medi Clinic for more than 10 years. Resolution has been my medical aid for 7 years and my son has had this same procedure done at the same hospital twice. Both times the procedure was covered... now, Resolution are refusing to pay and want a 3k co-payment and then a further 4k for something im still waiting to find out about. I dont understand what they doing with my 4k a month medical aid payment... Discovery here I come!!
