Cant find payment that has been made

I have recieved a sms stated that i owe discovery health money... I phoned discovery and spoke to a consultant and he told me that it is from a membership that has been canceled. He said that it is over R700 that is still outstanding. I told him that that account was paid in full and that i dit send them the proofe of payments... So he discussed it with his account department and they have "no record" of the paymenst made. If they gave me a account nr and a ref nr then it should be in there account. It will cost me R20 per page for me to go and get the statements where i have paid them. This was not the first time that they have contacted me about this spicific account. It is the 3rd time... This time i cant find the proofe that i sent them allready. Who is not doing there work there... Always the same accounts can find any proof. Go and dig deeper and you will find it. You go back on your bank statements to get the payments. Go through your emails and faxes for my proof of payment.
