Unresolved Payment

Scan was authorized by Discovery health and only for me to find out later that an account would be sent to me and i am being held liable for the outstanding monies to the scanning company. I have made attempts to discovery to assist me with this issue but as to date no resolution has been given to me and i find this very unacceptable.
