Paying to be on itc???

I was admitted in roceacers in emergency as I were very sick with food poisoning and I don't think it was that I were drugged at a party my drink were spiked anyway my previous company took me off the medical aid I phoned them and they said the same day I were sick its not paid so I gave my mother they money and she paid it via Internet on discovery's website the person on the line said its paid they can admit me so month later they send me a bill my account is not paid I'm still struggling with them they said no payment is received it's now 6 months later I paid 813 they can't find the payment and I ave proof of payment as well
Is is unacceptable if nothing gets done in the next week I will cancel my membership
Can't believe something like this after I went in to sandton to show the proof of payment
