Please refund monies asap

I settled and closed off my Discovery Card in October. However I forgot about the automatic payment to the card going off my bank account and an amount of R1500 was paid into the Discovery Card. I called Discovery and requested a refund and was told that I needed to wait on the money to reflect in the FNB account, and the money would then be refunded. A couple weeks later I called in again and was told that the money had gone to a holding account and that I would need to send in proof of payment so that the money could be traced. I did this and the email was received by Discovery Card at the end of November. I have subsequently called in 3 more times and the message remains the same... the call center agent needs to send a request to the department that deals with missing payments and find out what the problem is. And of course someone will call me back. It shouldn't take more than 5 working days for the payment to be refunded. Well this has not happened and I am still waiting on one single call from Discovery. I have even given them alternate contact details, using my work cell number so that I won't miss the call. Surely this matter could have been sorted already?
