ENTRY REFUSED TO GAME PARK with WILD CARD

On 9 Aug 2013 at Hluhluwe Imfolozi Park they did not want to accept my free entrance to the park according to the facility I have in having a paid up Wild card. No 00562806. They insisted on an accompanying letter which I have not received from Wildcard. I had to pay entrance fees of R 120..and was told to take it up with Wildcard.
I complained with Wildcard, sent a copy of my receipt and requested a refund which was ignored up till now. So much so for keeping a contract with an established organisation..
