I have been trying since July with the expiry of my wildcard to renew the card. The website for renewals simply does not work. There is something seriously wrong with the website as it gives to a variety of error messages on different occasions. i have tried it on different web browsers thinking that that might be the problem with no success. I have phoned the call center only to be treated as if I am the stupidest individual because they DON'T EVEN LISTEN to you. I have sent emails to the email advertised on the website and also sent emails through the service on the website with absolutely no feedback. The irony is that I am trying to give them money and I cant even do that. The only solution they offer is to renew it as one of the park offices (this is now the call centre) Why do you then offer a web based service. Absolutely pathetic
