Dispute of unfair termination of membership

After being falsely accused by medihelp of not disclosing a pre-existing condition I struggled to escalate my dispute. I eventually spoke to the Snr claims investigator (Felicity Phillips) hoping to get assistance in getting answers about the irregularities that I picked up during their investigation, I had proof to support my dispute. She firstly told me that their investigator is the best they have (showing no objectivity and concern) therefore she cant be questioned & that I shouldn't bother sending my proof she's not interested because the verdict will not change (Talk about customer care) and she basically about certain information she claimed I submitted to them.
So please if you are with medihelp keep a record of your communication with them, don't let them fool you by telling you that all their calls are recorded, that's for their benefit not yours. They will make it impossible for you to refer to the call recordings to prove your case against their representatives & their investigators wont think twice about sabotaging you and getting credit at your expense. Felicity Phillips has given me the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I'm extremely dismayed in MH
