No card issue

After renewal of the Wildcard we were told by the friendly lady at Crocodile bridge to phone and make sure we update to be able to receive a card.
After years of being a Wildcard member we never receiced a card but the letter of confirmation was sufficient till now.
After phoning Offence on the 1st Oct 2013 she notified me a card was issued in 2011 and it is at Nelspruit Post Office.
I told her how possible do you think it is that it will still be there. In any way I'm staying in Malelane, 60 Km from there. Malelane has it's own Post Office.
She told me she will not issue a new card, she will follow up and get the one from Neslpruit and come back to me.
She did not come back to me. It's impossible to communicate with a person unwilling to help.
