I applied and paid for a national membership of SANPARKS on 6 March 2013. it is now 22 August 2013 and after numerous emails and requests i have not received my wild card. instead i keep getting an automated letter to update my details. I have invested R745 into this card and not had the privilage of using it. Yes i know there is a piece of paper you can use but this is inconvenient.

These feels like and daylight to have my money taken but the very thing i paid for not delivered.

I expect this resolved and my membership to officially only begin when my card arrives allowing me 12 months from that date.

This is totally unacceptable.
