NOT KEEPING UP TO THEIR WORD

On the 26/07/2013 i called medihelp and spoke to a consultant regarding my visit to the chiropractor, he mentioned it was fine, i will pay the cash and then just send the receipt to medihelp and they will re-imburse me as their next run is on the 7th. When i called medihelp after that, and i spoke to Kyle, he says no their next run is on the 10th and the monies was sent to the supplier, however he will make a plan and add that the monies get paid to me, when i called after that as my monies was still not in my account, he mentioned no the next run is on the 20th, thats when i was upset and wanted to speak to a supervisor. He mentioned they cannot do anything now, however their runs are on the 10/20/30 and he will make an urgent note to advise that the monies get paid to me on the 20th. Today is the 21st and i have still not received my re-inbursement. I do not care how the money gets into my account today, but i need this money urgently!!! This is absolutely ridiculous
