Bad hospitality

I am currently on holiday and staying at the Protea President Hotel. After sitting with my family at the pool the whole morning, we left our belongings to go up to our room to use the toilet, only to find our belongings had been removed and our chairs given away. We were told by the staff member on duty that if you leave your chair for 30min it is given away. In all our travels we have never been treated this way. This is not hospitality and certainly no way to treat your guests. Protea Hotels certainly have a long way to go in service and attending to your guests. What a disappointment!!
