QVC disappoints again! Blue Marlin in ruins

I was so excited to finally get a booking on the KZN coast (because in 9 years I have never got that!). When we arrived at the Blue Marlin hotel in Scottburgh, I was horrified. How can a timeshare company make these units available to members? The room was smaller than my bathroom at home with a view onto the wall of the front part of the hotel. It looked like a crummy Hillbrow room. The staff warned me that some parts of the hotel was undergoing renovation and I should expect a lot of noise and dust... There was also the security issue with builders walking in and out. This is my yearly holiday! I put the kids back in the car because there was no way that I would let my family stay there. We drove back to Johannesburg, very disappointed-again. I keep on giving QVC another chance, but I cannot be more annoyed. I have been trying to get out of this very bad deal for years now but Qvc will not even take their own points back for free and I need to pay over R6k levy a year!!!
