Ad service, bad attitude, ruined our family event

We made a reservation for 30 family members for a family reunion at the Fishriver Sun Hotel Restaurant, on our arrival only 22 guests could be seated the rest had to stay outside. Refusing to make arrangements Jabu instantly greeted us with an unwilling attitude without trying to accommodate the situation, telling the rest of our guests to wait at the bar till they make a plan. An hour later none of these ppl were allowed in after a few tables had left I had to request that the table is cleared and prepared for our remaining guests to join our supper, with a stink attitude Jabu laughed and said "ill see what I can do" after a second request to prepare tables, waiters were sent to clear the table it was close to and hour and a half later before we could sit as a family to enjoy our planned family event. We are disgusted with the treatment, service and the lack of management to try and accommodate the situation because of there own bad management. We have the proof of our deposit that was paid in November for 30 guests. It is the first time in many years our family has been together and due to the lack of management and unwillingness to accomodate us the event was distroyed.
