Incompetent company&staff that don't give a!!

I added a dependant in June which took 5 phonecalls (20min each, approx. R200 airtime) to get this sorted. I also requested a banking details update, I found out on 03/08/2013 they didn't do it and the debit order returned (R1312). I called 05/08/2013 to tell them I made the internet payment of 675 because they deducted 637 and sent the proof of payment. They said its escalated and suspension will be lifted. They didn't give any feedback, I had to phone another 4 times to hear they wanted a another 637 for dependent added which they didn't communicate to me at all! Spoke to Team leader Ella (stink attitude) who told me she doesn't know why I wasn't told (unacceptable). I made the 637 payment and sent proof to Ella (who i told to give me feedback before the end of the day) who didn't have the decency to provide feedback. I'm going for an operation tomorrow and the hospital refuses to admit me until the suspension is lifted (which must happen before 2pm), how do I get these to do their job?! i already wasted almost another R200 airtime and can't get results! If anything its them that is making me end up in hospital which i now cant even get access to. Incompetent, terrible staff!!
