Service - WHAT SERVICE!!!

Can someone at Discovery please tell me what they want when it comes to claims. I have now submitted the same claim THREE times. First too light, then service dates cut off, now too dark.!!!

I have replied t the email and got a response that my query will be dealt with in the n ext THREE DAY. THREE DAYS to read an email - WHOOOO HOOOOOO flipping HOOOOO!!!
Your service is horrible, then you send out little emails that say please rate our service. How can you expect someone to rate something that is non existant because your staff certainly don't know the meaning of SERVICE
