Worst night eve

Let me put it this way to you. My husband arrived Friday morning from India, neither of us had a good week's sleep and it was our anniversary weekend.

The music from the bar (in which people can still smoke in - it is disgusting and I cannot handle smoke as I have asthma) played in the early morning hours. People were walking in and out from 2:45 making a of a noise and smoking in the rooms. It felt like we were in a hostel.

Our room - it was cold, especially with the tiles you used, which must be cleaned constantly, so there is a cleaner almost all of the time in the hotel. The oil heater made a noise the whole evening - we also have an oil heater at home and it only makes a noise when it heats up. Winter sheets would have been a nice touch.

The shower head leaked against the wall, so the water was running down the wall and over the floor. The drain was blocked.

So what more do you want me to say? Now you can understand why we turned down your free evening and meal. You can rather pay me back the money I have paid for a horrible evening - and I even took the deluxe room to spoil us for our anniversary!

And I know we were not the only people that complained
