Ad attitude from managers

I asked the hostess yesterday 04/08/2013 if their food was made fresh every day and she said yes so i let her call the manager i asked the manager also if the food and desserts were made fresh every day and he said yes its policy and i gave him 2 cup cakes thats so old even the wrapper cracks when you try to peel it of when the cake it self is rock hard it feels more then 3-4 day old cupcakes. the manager took it and just asked friendly any other complains. I mean if you handle a customer like that i wont ever go back. the sjoklade sause for the ice cream is horrible taste like raw flower in there. realy i think you have to get new management
