Pathetic Service from Managers

I placed an order for a Spiderman cake at Checkers Hyper Fairbridge Mall for my sons Birthday. I asked for the cake to be readt by Fri 16h00. I went to collect the cake and horrified at what this cake looked like, it was more than half the height it should have been, this I know because I have ordered numerous cakes from Checkers in the past, the instructions given to them on two occasions for my sons name and age to be on the cake were just ignored and the cake was scew and terribly decorated. I went to the fron t to see the manager - what a useless manager, he just looks at me and says he will refund me for the cake... I NEED A CAKE NOT A REFUND but refused to pay R129.99 for this cake, the Fresh Foods Manager then stepped in and the Branch Manager just walked away, never to be seen or heard of again.

I was told by the Fresh Foods Manager (Donita Stevens) that the cake I have recieved is there standard size cake and should I want a double layer cake it would cost over R200. I continued saying to her that this is unacceptable as I have ordered cakes from checkers in the past and this is not the size of the cake, where she then said to me they make thousands of cakes
