Cannot get Information in Time with Urgency

I have a URGENT query which has now been addressed on more than one occasion. I hace explained the URGENCY regarding a Subpoena process which requires to be executed by a Sherrif by Latest 7 August 2013. Given that there is a process involved I am surely not the first to request assistance in this regard.
I have a Person who was a Dependent on my Medical Aid who used access to Discovery as an excuse for not having access to treatment last year June 16 in a court of law in evidence presented. However on my investigation I came to realise that when she eventually did go and see a doctor two days later it was for a urine test as well as blood test. This was on 18 June 2012.
The other excuse was that there was no Medical Card to present which at Medicross as a regular visitor was Never required. Discovery also does have 24 Hr access at all times.

My requirement was thus simple in that I require a name of a person who needs to be Subpoenaed in order to just state how Discovery handles the process if a Patient requires any approval for treatment and that normal visits t5o a General Practitioner GP is not an approval process or interaction with Discovery at all.
