Still No correct Tax certificate received

Received our Tax certificates yesterday - to no surprise it was still not correct. I have corrected it myself to show them how it needs to be done. This will be the 5th week with no correct tax certificates. How much longer do we need to wait. When you ask Linda, Martin Rimmer, Amends, Tlodi and Alice you get no responce what so ever. What is going to happen now is that someone from Resolution is going to call me and promise me that I will have my tax certificates today (the question will be the correct ones?) Then they will forward the wrong ones again. Pathetic service
