TAX Certificates not received as promised

I have received a call from Resolution on the 8 July 2013 (due to my Hello Peter Complaint dated 5 July 2013 - the lady said that they have to manually correct our Tax certificates and that I will receive them the following week - Friday (19 July 2013). I have e-mailed and asked what time I will be receiving them and had no reponse what so ever. I have been battling since the 20th June 2013 to receive the correct information in order for us to submit our SARS assessments. Mr McCulloch needs 2 tax certificates dates 1 March 2011 to 29 Feb 2012 and another one dated 1March 2012 to 30 June 2012. I needs one dated 1July 2012 to 29Feb 2013.
I will personally take it upon myself to inform SARS of this if the correct information is not in my possession by 15h00 today (22/7/13) and inform the relevant governing authorities for further action.
