3 months on and no certificates

3 months ago I applied for my certificates, I received a scanned copy of my father's birth certificate and no physical copy, I am still awaiting feedback regarding my grandfathers birth certificate which I have not received.

I am totally upset as I cannot seem to find a contact number for them and it is frustrating sending email after email and seeing it being read but no reply from this woman.

Please Laurette, if you see this, please let me know what is going on.

I need these certificates, my future depends on it!
