Unending requirements to re-instate account

I've been trying to switch my bank account for my policy for the past month. Every time I send Discovery the documents they ask for, they revert with more requirements they need to switch the bank account.
They cant tell me upfront the full list of requirements needed to switch bank accounts and are giving me the runaround.

Its like they dont want my business!
