Further to report logged above and the feed back given - as "RESOLVED" - This is certainly not resolved satisfactorily - even after submitting everythng again and additional letters - membership certificates were received with still the highest deductible premium possible for the foundation phase - but email states the OVER DEDUCTED will be taken as credit for February Premiums. Very sorry Resolution Health but how do you justify taking peoples money and not REFUNDING as stated in a call to your call centre (after getting put through to 3 different people) it would be and now just keep it as a credit? And also stating the overdeducted would be for "Feb" Premiums what do you intend to with the extra amount over and above the Feb premiums that was taken- keep it - keep quiet - draw the interest on it? This is surely activity.
